Shelter Island Outpost

Island Time Farm, a beautiful farm on Shelter Island, started carrying our coffee beans this week. We’re thrilled to have our coffee at such a special place with farmers Kelci and Chris.

On the North Fork you can find our beans at Lumber + Salt, Sang Lee Farms and Lombardi’s Love Lane Market.

Cold Brew

Known for its clean finish, our cold brew has returned to stores this week.  Find it at Lumber + Salt, Sang Lee Farms, Lombardi’s Love Lane and, starting next weekend, Share the Harvest Farm in East Hampton. 

Not to be confused with iced coffee, cold brew is slow steeped coffee that uses time instead of heat to extract flavor and caffeine from the coffee bean. We brew ours at ambient room temperature for 22 hours. This “low and slow” process leaves the acidity and bitter flavors behind in the bean, and produces a smoother brew. We use our High Tide Espresso beans for the cold brew, our dark and chocolatey blend.


Sourdough Lessons

Come learn how to make our popular bread! Although we are no longer selling sourdough, we’ll teach you how to make your own, using our recipe. The lessons will take place at our home bakery in Jamesport (read: our kitchen) over two days, a Thursday and a Friday, from 10am-1pm both days. The current dates are July 18 & 19 and August 8 & 9, 2024.

Kindly note that there are no refunds, no exceptions, so please be sure of your attendance before signing up (you may however give the lessons to someone else). Space is limited.
